At WigsHaven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our return policy below to understand the process and requirements for returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
- Custom Orders:Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization:We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item. Please do not send your item back without this authorization.

4. Return Shipping

- Return Shipping Costs:Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- Packaging: Please securely pack your return in its original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
