1. Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time your order is placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll do our best to keep you informed if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

- We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that these times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping location. You’ll be able to see the shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250 within the continental United States.

4. Tracking Your Order

- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

- We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and select international locations. If you’re located outside these areas, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

6. Address Accuracy

- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. WigsHaven is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update shipping addresses if the order has not yet been processed.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

- WigsHaven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

8. Returns and Exchanges

- Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for information on how to return or exchange items. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
